Your right to Complain
Under the Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice (effective from 27th June 2024), motorists have the right to raise complaints regarding the conduct, processes, services, or staff of private parking operators. These complaints may relate to specific Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) or broader concerns and must be handled in a fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory manner.
Scope of Complaints We Review
We welcome complaints that fall within the scope of the Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice, including:

  • Conduct of staff or agents
  • Enforcement practices
  • Signage and surface markings
  • Accessibility and customer service
  • Compliance with contractual obligations

However, please note that we do not review complaints concerning:

  • Litigation procedures
  • County Court Judgments (CCJs)
  • Matters outside the scope of parking enforcement, such as appeals already concluded or legal proceedings

Our Commitment
All complaints are:

  • Responded to within 28 days (typically within 10 working days)
  • Investigated thoroughly by trained staff
  • Logged and retained for 36 months in accordance with GDPR

Appeals Process
If your concern pertains to the validity of a Parking Charge Notice (PCN), please note that it may be processed as an appeal rather than a complaint. Should you wish to submit an appeal, kindly refer to the instructions provided on the PCN itself or visit our website for further guidance.
